Please see the following message from KiwiSchools reagarding the KS Connect App:
I am pleased to announce that we have just released an update that fixes the issues that many of you have been experiencing with the KS Connect app.
Please go to the App/Play store and update the app to get the most out of the latest functionality. An update should be all that is required, but if you are still facing any issues then please uninstall and reinstall the app.
